Have bought these to save my feet from the inevitable throbbing of a pair of heels at a wedding I'm attending in two weeks. I've tried them on and they fit fine. I'm a size 6 so opted for the medium size. At the end of my walk, my right toes were quite sore and nearly blistering.I am quite disappointed that this is happening, hence my scoring this product a 3*. There should be quality control that should standardize these Merrell products. I am now conflicted if I should have gotten a size 11; that is two sizes larger than my usual siz.
best smartphone 15 miles on it and I have to say it was worth every pound spent. I have a nagging suspicion that the American sizes may have inadvertently found their way into their UK stock and have been sold as UK size; if this is so, it's quite unfortunate, but we may never know. My advise is, buy 2 sizes larger than your normal size. A solid product, but shame about the quality (size) control.
Great product but sizes are really big. Ordered for my size 4 daughter and my size 6 feet can fit in them ok. Order a size smaller.

Bought as a surprise for 8 year olds birthday. I was worried about sizing following earlier reviews but i bought a size 3 (she's a 2.5) & although they're a bit big it's nothing more than I'd expected. Really pleased with the hee set of orange laces. Fit is great. They feel really comfortable and no issues after 2 - 3 hours walking around town on them, I've had them over a week now and will most likely purchase a 2nd pair in a different colour

I ordered these shoes a size bigger than my normal size, just in case, because I thought I could always wear thick socks if necessary but they are too small and now I see that the company do not do returns.The only positive is that I really like the shoes - enough to wear the cost and re-order in the next size up - but cannot find them. Very disappointed.

Very impressed how quick they came! One week from date of purchase. They look exactly as they do in the picture and the description is perfect. I am a size 3 and i ordered a 3 and they fitted perfectly. Actually i am a 2.5 sometimes in high heel shoes. The quality is not fantastic! I would NEVER in a million years pay ￡80 for them as they say retail price if ￡80. They are simply worth ￡15 - ￡20 tops!! If you can dress it with good clothing, no one will be able to tell they are cheap.

I'm a size 4, but with this type of footwear I usually have to go up to a size 5 - until I tried these. Don't get me wrong, the karrimor Bodmin Low IV walking shoes are firm and very supportive, but they aren't as restrictive as most other brands of sport/active wear footwear I have personal experience with.I just wanted to clarify that Karrimor themselves classify the Bodmin Low IV shoes as being walking shoes, not hiking shoes; they are supportive, firm and have hard wearing soles suited for long walks, biking, and similar activity. But for proper hiking over rough terrine? No, these shoes won't provide adequate support to the ankle.
This shoe is more stylish than many other walking shoes, having a nice pink trim which isn’t too loud. There is a hard toe to protect the front of the foot. The laces were easy to tie and tightened well. The sole is fairly thick for a walking shoe, giving good protection for the foot.My daughter , whoall Authentic vans do that. Needless to say, I changed from converses to this, and I'll happily buy new converses once these die.The color was the one I expected, and delivery was fast.
Bought a pair of these a few years ago. Within twenty minutes they'd chewed through the back of my socks and blood was streaming down my heels. Being tight for money I persevered and the shoes eventually molded to my foot shape.So wanting to give them another chance recently - I've owned other Vans designs and had zero problems - I ordered a second pair, a size bigger this time. Now I have problems down the other end; every time I bend my foot while taking a step, the top of the shoe bends to create a hard, sharp edge that digs into the top of my big toe. After dropping ￡30+ on these two weeks ago, I can't walk in these without extreme pain so I've replaced them.I guess that's what I get when buying shoes online without trying them on before, but I've never had any shoe issues except for both pairs of this design which have left my feet cut and bleeding.

The toe ends of my son's sole on his expensive leather trainer/shoe was starting to come away from the leather. As they were in such good condition I decided to try and find an appropriately strong glue, so I could do this mend myself, and not visit the cobblers as the mend was easy. Followed instructions....did clamp/peg the area too until dry. Absolutely amazing stuff...Week four and still holding up after enduring full abuse each day at school. Brilliant stuff
So far, so good. Very prompt delivery and very reasonable price. I bought this to fix the rubber soles of my old boots that had become detatched. I had already tried Bostick and Uhu but they had not held. I have now worn the boots several times and the joins are hold isabel marant sneakers arry tote, and are great for walking the beach as well as swimming. I spend a lot of time on the beach as well as at the swimming pool and I have to say that I am greatly impressed with their performance.
Nice reef shoes. Comfortable and good fit. Went to Egypt for 10 days. Didn't bring them home as they had holes in by the end of the holiday just from walking on the beach and the jetty down to the reef for snorkelling. Ideal for what I wanted them for though.
Sizing is clearly an issue, they are UK 8.5 but I guess they are really about size 10, based on my pair go for a size smaller as the Velcro fastening doesn't adjust the fit so it's inclusion is pretty irrelevant. A longer strip of Velcro would've been useful. I will either add some more Velcro or just stitch them closed to the right fit, they are a flexible nylon material, so they will slip on OK. The quality is pretty poor, I imagine I'll be lucky if they last a couple of outings. At ￡11 they are well over priced, I would've thought ￡4 - ￡5 was about right. My wife bought a different brand at half the price which are four times the quality. Unlike me, order them well in advance so you c.
