However need to be secured under the shoe as well as round the back as they moved during wear. Problem was solved by blue tac to hold them in place. Nice shoe covers, the toe a bends up and stays, so no problems thereue to how they have been put together as there is a stitched seam running along the canvas, where the wider part of the foot is, just below the toe area. I would say to be aware of this when ordering. Due to this, I am returning the size 5 shoes in different colours (as I purchased two pairs at once due to the price) that I ordered as they felt painful just to put my foot into, so I didn't even try to walk in them. If you have a very narrow foot then I'm sure they would fit fine. I did find this strange though as I have always bought a lot of Gola trainers in the past, and never experienced any problems with them until now.
