I noticed on other reviews the shoes were a little on the narrow side fit, so I knew they would be a good fit for a lady with slightly wider fitting ladies shoe size :) Extremely pleased to find they are actually water and gorsebrush proof as I live on West Cumbrias coastline.Very comfortable and supportive shoe. I haven't needed my orthotic support insoles with these shoes. This is a first for me in about 5 years since I had a severe sprain.I will definitely stick to these shoes from now on, as long as the company carry on making them to these specs. Really impressed with these I am going to say light hiking shoes as they have very good grips and good heel and foot support the fit was just right for me, they have a water protection system that I have tested yet, but value for money these really impr I was power washing the car at my local garage on a concrete floor and very nearly went head over heels on more than one occasion and also whilst walking on wet floor tiles is like walking on ice hence only giving them a 4 star review.
