I agree with another reviewer that these have to be worn slightly behind the ball of the foot - then there isn't a problem of them coming undone or coming off. I don't think they would work brilliantly on delicate shoes but then why would anybody be out in the snow in such shoes? Get sensible solid shoes on and secure these between the ball of your foot and your instep and they're great! Only quibble - they have two differently shaped sides with the metal studs facing downwards and the instructions don't say which way around they should be worn. So for those who have t San Francisco r winter evenings - certainly worth your while! Would recommend to all women in the world!
I absoloutely loved this book. It had the perfect mixture of love, hate and lust. Martha was a wonderful character who you couldn't help but like, even at the beginning through her 'doormat' phase I warmed to her.Unlike some of Adele Parks other books, this one kept you wondering right until the very last page what was going to happen and who the two sisters would actually end up with.I would totally recommend this book to an hotel best most of which have been reviewed as getting scuffed quite easily. I am buying a second pair of Toughees today. When my younger child starts school, I know exactly what shoes I will be getting for him!

I am exceptionally pleased with these shoes. You get what it says on the tin - TOUGHEES! They fit comfortably for my daughter and after two weeks of intensive school wear they look as though they have just been taken out of the box. I will be buying these again once she grows out of this pair. Excellent quality and value for money.

I wouldn't buy this product again as it fell off the shoe straight away. Because it dries instantly it doesn't have a chance to adhere to the sole of the shoe, or to the cracks into which I tried to squeeze it, but remains as a hard and separate strip of gunk which peeled straight off. It didn't do the job I hoped it would.
Glued a belt which had separated back together. looks like a good product for leather repairs. Would recommend using it.
I bought this product to mend my sons trainers / pumps. It filledld be better with a wider strap across the toe to offer more support. I found the material to be very hard on open flesh and they rubbed quite a bit and caused sore toes; the solution maybe to wear cushion pads on my feet or socks. Only tested on short walks so far.
I chose the rating because I like these sandles the only thing is if l wear them for couple of hours they start to rub on my small toe.,if they were padded a little they would be ideal, as I Louis Vuitton Watches . Delivery, allowing for the weekend, was excellent.

At last a girls leather school shoe that has a proper sole and doesn't cost the earth. We bought kickers last year which were great but couldn't find my daughters size with a Velcro strap this year. These toughies are really easy to clean and good for walking to school what ever the weather. Do seem to come up a little big but an insole soon sorted that. This style is probably not so good for very narrow feet.
These look like new almost exactly half way through the school year, even though they have been worn daily. Highly recommended.

Bought these for my daughter who had destroyed her previous pair of shoes (not Toughees) in 2 weeks. I am happy to say that 7 months later, they still look like new and I would definitely invest in another pair.
Bought these for my primary school aged child and they really are tough. I will definitely purchase a second pinking about buying so you look like an extra from a californian skater boy punk rock band, these are probably not what you want as the steel toecaps may be too heavy for your skinny emo legs to lift - could be a workout though!I'll deffo be purchasing more and pretend to be 20 years younger than I actually am.

Ordered these lovely shoes for my granddaughter before Christmas. She loves them!She has now partied in them before Christmas, over Christmas, to birthdays and now to school Valentine's.They have matched every outfit and she loves the tiny heel.They are well made, a good design.And still look new, considering a lively six year old has worn them.
The shoes are lovely with a satin finish and fit as expected. However, they are very hard so my daughter had terrible blisters after a few hours of wearing them. They have sadly sat in her cupboard ever since.
