She even approaches some footwear topics from a sociological perspective, like the phenomenon of concealed shoes within the walls of architecture from prior centuries.I find the chapter sections on footwear trends and designers of the 1990s and 2000s to be of particular note, because most other books of this ilk were published IN those years, so they stop with 1980s footwear trends. This book actually addresses topics like the influence of the Spice Girls on the return of the platform, and the influence of sports celebrity branding on the athletic shoe industry (i.e., Air Jordans). The main beef i have with the book, real best online money for a low cost party/wedding shoe or even just for play. :-)) will be getting them the next size up for summer.

Both my girls have lived in these shoes they love them and everyone always comments on the shoes and asks were there from they are comfy to wear and walk distances in even with the little heal very well maed extremely happy with the product excellent price and delivery time was very qui hot rollers imple and the finished squares are actually very sturdy (metal frames with hard plastic in between). It's not pretty but really works.

I can understand why some other reviews say it takes some force to put together, but once you get into the swing of it, it only took 15 mins to put together. would definitely recommend to others. I used this shoe organiser as a storage rack for my cd's and dvd's rather than shoes and works excellent. so good my parents bought one for to store their shoes.I needed some extra parts to complete my construction. I contacted the seller. I could purchase as many differe.

I take a UK 5 in pretty much all shoes (with the exception of sandals where I find a UK 6 a better fit to allow more room) but normally trainers are a 5, max 5.5. I figured as there were no half sizes available, I would order a 5 as using for exercise I wanted to allow for feet swelling and the ability to wear them with socks and given the other reviews I didn't want to over estimate.So glad I stuck with my shoe size! If I had bought the 4 I don't think the length would have been right. They are a really good fit, very wide at the toes, but I like this as it feels like my feet have room to breathe without the shoe falling off! Also there hasn't been any rubbing so far (although not had them long).So to sum up, I cannot yet comment on durability but they are EXTREMELY comfortable, very light, bouncy, flexible and when ordering stick to your usual shoe size or if you are in between then perhaps the size smaller. But if all your other shoes are one size then that size shy another pair.
Had seen the shoe on the sketchers website and also in a retail chain in town, found them to be a bit expensive so thought I'd check amazon, wasn't disappointed, Great shoe, sturdy and trendy. I wear them to work and they go well with my chinos.

Always been size nine definetly short on length not good on support during work out wore twice and binned sorry as I really liked the look.
Would have preferred bit more quality in this trainer, pay more to obtain this another time. Good part of this item is very lightweight and as I bought these for cycling, ideal. However, wore them first time and came back after short ride with socks wet with sweat (sorry!), something I normally never do. I remembered reading a review previously of another customer having this happen and poor bloke thought it was him! No, mate, it was the same fo babyliss pro curler tain age but with 40 being the new 30, I still consider myself young-ish.I read previous reviews and the fact that, they come up large was a huge selling point as I suffer from painful, swollen feet and I'm already a size 8! They feel good and also look great (not at all like boats) - I've worn them with jeans and linen trousers.Having only had them a short while, I can't comment on durability (but will update if I have any problems). If they wear well, I'll definitely buy more, especially if I can get them at a bargain price of ￡18 (or less) as I did with this purchase!
LOVE these shoes. They fit beautifully and are very comfortable and extremely stylish. I have only worn them twice and both times was bombarded with compliments from my friends!! To keep them fresh I would recommend wearing little trainer socks with them as they tend to make your feet a bit moist in hot.
best bye brown ones would look smarter in the flesh though.I would recommend with no hesitation at all to anyone looking for a great flio flop and I'm sure they'd be perfect for anyone doing a world trip and they'll last well at the same time as supporting your feet unlike most I've owned.

I bought a pair of these sandals 15 years ago whilst on honeymoon and have lived in them for huge lengths of time ever since. Earlier this year, while playing football, the sandals finally gave up the ghost and fell apart (sad face). The very next day, I placed an order for a replacement pair which arrived just as expected. I'm very happyitem as do a lot of walking as a post person and also as I have a dog. I need to look after by knees and need a little more cushion than most shoes offer. They are well made and v.v.comfortable. I ordered a 6 uk and have found them generous but this could be the round toe style of the shoe. They are v.light weight and yes I will order again.
This is the first pair of sketchers shoes I have bought but they certainly won't be the last, they are so light and comfortable I don't know I have them on.

Bought these for a show I was in. They lasted the two weeks of dancing on stage, but then the lace fell off and I had to tie it on for the last couple of shows. Great for dressing up/indoor parties.
Exce nike shoes cheap I was wearing slippers straight away, but in a good way, no sloppiness, they hold my feet well, I can stride out shopping, and would be tempted to run in them if I could. I live with 5 dogs (don't even go there!!!), and thought the hairs would stick to the fabric of the shoe, but they don't, remarkably they seem to be self cleaning (although I wouldn't walk through puddles or mud in them). I'm only sad that in really wet/cold weather the fabric shoes won't be suitable, and I wish I could find them on sale, but to be honest, if you have painful feet, these are so worth it. I would have been so miserable without these shoes, and will continue to buy them.
