I can't fault the insoles as I'm sure they do the job, I would have given 5 stars if they were to actually fit my feet (size 12)..Now the problem I have is with the description of the item, it does say cut to size which I had then assumed they were of a larger scale sole, what I received was a medium sole with (M) largely printed on the sole...My quam here is that when I contacted the seller although they were very apologetic there was no offer for a refund, they simply said they have no Large left!?!?!?!?! (Doh!!!)Change your buying option guys, so you can offer your customers the size they want and not just take their money for what could be disappointed for them!
A great, discrete way of adding a little extra height . I'm 5' 8 and these lifts boost my height up to around 5'10 .They do take a bit of getting used to initially. The only reason I didn't give them the full 5 stars is the colour isn't as 'potent' purple as shown in the pic. They look black in some lights - like inside fake light, but outside in daylight they do look purple, just a dark purple, which is still very beautiful. But I am soo glad I brought them, love them.

Fit like a glove. You almost forget you have them on when riding. Very happy with them.I am normally a euro size 42, but given reports of being slightly on the small size, chose a 43 and it was perfect.

Nice pair of shoes, bought for mountain bike flat pedals and does a good job with grip, haven't tried clips. Good sturdy well made shoes and comfortable, would suggest a size up.

Absolutely stunning shoes! I read the reviews from previous comments before ordering and decided to go for a size 5 shoe even though I am a size 4/5 and the 5 fitted perfect. Cannot believe how quick the delivery was came just over a week later after me ordering them and they had to be made asrdered this Autumn. I can't wear gumboots due to bad back so these boots, so far, are Fab. I alternate them so I will see how long they remain waterproof being stressed by dog walking mud, rain, snow.
I do a lot of off road walking and brought these shoes as they are waterproof.I brought the next size up from my normal size and found that they fitted well and were very comfortable. The shoes are totally waterproof.Would purchase again Louis Vuttion mfortable. Love this colour. Highly recommend.
I love this product, so comfortable I wear them daily, as slippers all year and as flip flop in the summer.smart enough to wear to work, shopping etc practical for beach..or any where.my last pair lasted 6 years, and that wearing daily, been in the sea on holiday, walked the dog in them, they didnt fal. theyn l to bits, despite me abusing them ..in sea etc the soles became slippery after so much use they became dangerous!!!didnt hesitate in buying a new pair. cant live without them now

This is the second pair of toughees shoes I have purchased for my daughter. She loves them and so do I. These are the only shoes that she has grown out of before they were worn out. We will definitely continue to buy toughees shoes.
The leather is of good quality and it looks quite strong. If the buckle was a bit more practical I would have given it 5 star. It is difficult for a 7-year old to do it correctly on their own.
I was looking for some hard wearing school shoes for my granddaughter and these were fine. Not the usual lelli Kelli ones that we but but nonetheless cheaper and appropriate!
We will keep them. But I've had to buy an bought two more pairs : one for the gym, one for road and old pair for running on beach : highly recommend :) Even my teenage daughter was impressed :)
Great quality sports shoe for the price. Very comfortable and light.However, be aware that it COMES UP SMALL. I read the reviews prior to buying and I am glad I listened.I am a size 37 but bought a 37.5. Fits just right, possibly could go a to a 38.BUY ONE SIZE BIGGER!!!!.

The shoes fit me very well. I have quite wide feet and find it difficult to find good looking trainers that don't hurt. These I can buy with confidence as they do fit well.

These shoes are air cushioned - good. They don't seem to support my instep - bad. They look chanel leather espadrilles nother pair in this new colourway of raspberry and mocha. Not normally one for ordering shoes off the internet, I nonetheless ordered with confidence as I have the same shoe already.Needless to say Merrell have done something with their sizing in the last year as the size 7 I ordered barely made it onto my foot (as opposed to the size 7 I am wearing right now with is comfy as a slipper) - so back they went.So three stars because they are a great shoe when you can get the right size, but marks deducte.
